• Acadia Fund, L.P. is the limited partnership structure in which funds are held.
  
  
• Acadia Asset Advisors Inc. is the advisory entity to Acadia Fund, L.P.  

Terms

Liquidity and Participation:

• Withdrawal Provisions: Liquidity with 90 days notice, after first year
  
  
• Reports:  Quarterly, plus annual year-end audit and K-1s
  
  
• Minimum Investment: $5 million for institutions; and $500,000 for individuals
  
  
• High-water mark: No performance fees are earned until the prior high-water mark is exceeded
  
  
• Admission Dates:  Monthly.

Management Fees:

• Performance Fee: 20 percent of the profits.
  
  
• Management Fee: One and a half percent annually, paid quarterly.
